1. The machine doesn't work
a. The PLC power supply lamp is not on.
b. Touch screen not displayed.
Possible reasons
a. The PLC 220V power supply switch in the electric box is not open.
b. Rotating switch in OFF position.
c. P.I.C. fuse breakage 750mA) loosening of connecting wire.
d. Total power not transmitted or not turned on).
e. Damage to the 24V power supply of the touch screen in the electric box.
f. Loose wiring.
g. Touch screen burned out.
h. Short circuit air switch tripping due to loosening of wiring head.
Correcting measures
a. Check and turn on the power supply air switch.
b. Rotating electric box panel switch in on position.
c. Replacement of fuse.
d. Confirm that PLC is powered, otherwise PLC is damaged, replace PLC.
e. Check the main circuit and turn on the master switch.
f. Replace power (confirm that no 24V output is available).
g. Check circuit rewiring.
h. Replacement of burnt touch screen circuit boards.

2. Compressor discontinuous operation
Possible reasons
a. Low voltage.
b. Loosening of compressor wiring joints.
c. Compressor contactor failure.
Correcting measures
a. Check that the total power supply is normal.
b. Inspection of wiring and rewiring.
c. Check that the contactor is normal, or that the contactor cable is supplied properly, otherwise the contactor line will be replaced.
3. The machine runs without ice
Possible reasons
a. Anhydrous in ice-making cylinders.
b. Reducer gear motor card death.
c. Blockage of compressor suction port, resulting in low pressure.
Correcting measures
a. Blockage, inspection, repair or replacement of ice cylinder water supply pipes.
b. Check the system suction pipeline or compressor suction port.
4.Water leakage
Possible reasons
a. Water level in water tanks is too high.
b. Too high or too low water level.
Correcting measures
a. Adjust the inlet float valve in the tank to control the water level to the right position.
b. Adjust the inlet ball valve to the proper position of the water distribution.
5.The shortage of the ice making capacity
Possible reasons & Correcting measures
a. Refrigerant shortage
Check the refrigeration system for leaks. After repair, refill with the same type of refrigerant.
b. Water supply temperature is too high
It is normal for ice production to slightly decrease under heavy load conditions.
c. If the ambient temp is too high, the
condensing effect will be lower.
The shortage of ice making capacity is normal.
d. Water way blockage
Clean impurities in water pipes and ensure smooth drainage.
e.Compressor's filter net is blocked

6.Low pressure protection
Possible reasons & Correcting measures
a.Water supply is interrupted
Check water supply system and keep water supply normal.
b. Ice thickness is too thick
Adjust the ice freezing pressure.
c. Compressor's filter net is blocked
Clean or change the filter net.
d. Refrigerant is leaked out
Check system and repair it, and add the same type refrigerant.
7. High pressure protection
Possible reasons
a. Cooling fan or cooling water pump fault.
b. No water inside cooling tower water basin.
c. Too much dust on the surface of the water cooling condenser, which results in the worse heat exchange.
d. The ice machine is placed in a worse ventilated environment.
Correcting measures
a. Make sure it is cooling fan fault or cooling water pump fault.
b. Check the water make-up system of the cooling tower.
c. Clean the surface of the condenser (use special cleaning media).
d. Improve a better ventilated condition of the ice-maker.
8.Can't take off the ice
Possible reasons
a. Ice falling time is set too short
Prolong ice falling time in control system settings.
b. Low condensation pressure
Turn down the valve of cooling system pipe
c. Solenoid valve malfunction
Change solenoid valve coil or change solenoid valve
9. Tube ice shape is abnormal
Possible reasons
a. The water supply includes a great deal of impurity.
b. The water-spread pipes are blocked.
c. Water supply is interrupted.
d. The circulation water system is blocked.
Correcting measures
a. Filter the water supply.
b. Clean impurity in the water sigma.
c. Check water supply system and keep the water supply normal.
d. Clean the circulation water system.
10.The voice of the compressor is abnormal
Possible reasons
a. Power phase sequence failure.
b. The compressor lubricate badly.
Correcting measures
a. Adjust the phase sequence.
b. Complement the refrigerant oil matched with the refrigerant.
11.No water sowing
Possible reasons & Correcting measures
a. Water shortage
Complement supply water
b.Circulating water pump is damaged
Replace the circulating water pump
c. Circulating water pipe is broken
Replace the circulating water pipe.
d. Drain-pipe leaks out
Close the drain-valve.
12. Data of the ice machine is missing
Possible reasons
No power to the machine for a long time.
- Correcting measures
Connect power supply and Recovery Reference.
13. The surface of machine has dirt
Possible reasons
a. Environmental pollution is severe.
b. The surface is too dirty.
Correcting measures
a. mprove the environment.
b. Clear the dirt, Regularly clean the machine and pay attention to its maintenance.
14. No cooling water
Possible reasons & Correcting measures
a. Water supply valve is not opened or damaged
b. Cooling water pump doesn’t work
c. Cooling water pump contactor is fault
Check all valves on the cooling water pipes are opened or not? Check the cooling water pump is broken or not? Check the cooling water pump contactor is sucked or not?
