Guarantee
a. All SICECOLD ice making systems delivered to customers are carefully inspected and tested and have been tested for 72 hours without any trouble.
b. All SICECOLD ice making systems are delivered ready for insertion and connected with pipes.
c. All ICESTA ice making systems are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of bill of lading.
Technical Support
a. After the equipment is installed and commissioned, SICECOLD provides comprehensive technical support and training courses.
b. 7*24 hours technical support telephone assistance.
Fault Claim Procedure
a. A detailed written fault description is required by fax or email, indicating the relevant equipment information and detailed description of the fault.
b. Relevant pictures are required to confirm the fault.
c. SICECOLD engineering and after-sales service team will check and form a diagnostic report.
d. Further troubleshooting solutions will be provided to the customer within 24 hours after receiving the written description and pictures.
Installation and Start-up Supervision:
a. The customer shall install the ice machine according to our instructions. For final supervision of the installation and start-up of the plant, a SICECOLD approved service engineer can go to the site for about 7 days. The cost of round-trip air tickets, visas, hotels, meals and domestic transportation must be borne by the customer.
