Failure Claim  procedures
a.Detailed written failure description is required by fax or by mail, indicating the relevant equipment information and detailed description of failure.
b.Relevant pictures are required for failure confirmation.
c.SICECOLD engineering and after-sales service team will check and form a diagnosis report.
d.Further trouble-shooting solutions will be offered to customers within 24 hours after receiving the written description and pictures.

Supervision of Installation and start-up:

The Ice Plant shall be installed by the customer according to our instructions. For the final supervision of the installation of the Plant and the start-up, SICECOLD approved service engineers are available to come to the site for approximately 7 days. Round Trip tickets ,Visas, Hotel, Food and Transportation within the country have to be covered by the customer.
